A very good App for giving you additional motivation to go to the gym or running !! Très bonne App pour vous donner le petit "+" de motivation pour aller à la gym ou faire un jogging !!

This is worst app ever. It doesnt work. Help desk does nothing. If they do not fix a problem this week, I stop using it.

Vous venez de faire une mise à jours le 02 janvier ,et vous navez même pas mis la langue française.! You just make updates January 2, and you have not even put the French language.!

I have been using pact for 6 weeks. Everything was going great until this week, when the app started adding duplicate pacts. Terrified of not being able to complete the activities it had assigned me and having to pay A LOT of money as a result, I filled out the form to report a problem for each duplicated pact. The automated customer service response email said that the team was working on my problem and i would have a response shortly. No response. The pacts continued to duplicate every day. There are currently 46 pacts for this week, whereas there should be 3. No response from a human, no number to call to speak to someone in case of a problem. I will not continue using this app.

I had a lot of issues, two days before the end of my pacts i asked what was the procedure to delete my account after i would finish the pacts i began. I received a mail telling me my account was deleted... so i couldnt have the credits i should won using the app althought i asked clearly directives, not them to delete before my pact end. This app is not finish at this time and need more improvement. And customer service is too "automatic" ! I didnt wanted to write an advice cause i thought i was miss using the app but this is too much

Crap app, debites me 15 USD at first week, without even started, later debited me even when a login was done. Just lost money, they didnt even replied to my mails asking for explanation.

"No gyms found - Refresh to try again" - lots of dollars were lost like this. Buggy app.

After the update, I cant log on my current pact. Then I try to log out and log in again, now is crashing ! I am afraid that I lose the pact of the weeks, and pay a lot of money. Dont update ! I am using iPhone 5s

In the new version, my GymPact App dont open. And I hope you dont take me $5. This app dont open.

Great motivation tool

They charged me for two days I spent more than an hour working out at the gym because I didnt walk 5000 steps. Seriously? I opened disputes and nothing happened. Deleted the app at the 3rd day. Trying to get my 10 dollars back, unsuccessfully. update: they are still charging me after I deleted the app. So yes, they steal your money.
