Last update on Set 17th makes it impossible for me to use the app. When will it be updated again to fix it?

Its a wonderful idea. However, everytime I try to upload a photo, the app crashes. Please, fix it.

Nothing to complain about. Great app and amazing customer support that will help out if the app crashes or any other problems arise. Im very pleased.

i would love to beginn training with this app but why i need a credit card? cant you add paypal or something like that for people who doesent have a credit card? maybe in the usa many people have a credit card but in other countrys they dont! please add some other payment options an i will give you 5 stars an i can also start my workouts with this app:)

This app has become useless for me since it is impossible to cancel an Open ended break within the app.

- Motion Trackin does not work properly - Payment does not work at all - Whole workout weeks sometimes simply do not count Strongly recommend to not download the app

I move the app, but there are some bugs. Cant update my account info. Veggie pic update does not work very well with iphone. But if you try it from the library, then it works...? Regards Daniel

Ive been using this app since the beginning (when it was called Gym Pact). Some bugs are better, like how the motion tracker stops when it runs in the background so your workout isnt logged. It only sometimes does that now when I get a call while its running. Its fun to meet my pact every week. I miss the cheer sound when my workout gets to 30 minutes.

This app really works for me. It doesnt just motivate you towards better choices, it helps create new habits. To me, its the best health app of the year.

Certainly helps to keep you in check with your health and fitness goals.

I had originally joined Pact because I thought the concept was interesting. I signed up for 5 veggies a day and gym 6x per week. During that week I successfully completed both of my pacts and patiently awaited my reward. Once it was calculated, it came to a whopping $2. I decided to instead use dietbet. Then the problems with Pact began. When attempting to close your account it tells you in the FAQ to go to a specific site outside the app. Unfortunately for me, on the site it shows that my Pact account is already closed. My only option is to submit a question to them under the category Other Minor Issue I did so asking them to remove my account and payment info several days ago and have not yet received a response. I sent them another message this evening under the category comments/suggestions but Im not very confident they will see that either if they have yet to respond to what they clearly deem a minor issue (as that is the only option). Needless to say, if I do not hear from them in the next few days, I will be contacting my credit card company. Its amazing that an app this popular doesnt make it easier for a user to stop using their service. Seems like a money grab to me.

The point is to get rewarded and I didnt get anything in return. Impossible to delete pacts. May have to contact credit card company....still waiting for their response.

This is the worst app!!!! Even after deleting this app they continued to charge my credit card for amounts just over $40 and will not issue a refund, no matter how hard I try. I have had his app deleted for about 8 months and just now they are charging my credit card.... STAY AWAY

PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IT WILL CHARGE YOU 4x MORE THAN IT SHOULD.. IT TAKES UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS FROM YOUR CARD. IVE TRIED TO DELETE IT FOR MONTHS ON TOP OF FORGETTING ABOUT IT, IT HAS TRIED TO CHARGE ME OVER $1500 ...

Its a great idea for an app. The thing I dont like is I lift weights at home and its impossible to track that because it does off motion tracker if its at home but you can check in at verified gyms and not have to use the motion tracker tool.

I like this app, its a great compliment app to my fitbit. The payouts arent crazy by any means, I only take part in one challenge and it pays out an avg I would say 95 cents. It will add up over time for sure! If u need a little push or youre confident that you can hit your goals, this app is for you, and who doesnt like getting paid.
