Glitchy, and horrible customer service
I have been using pact for 6 weeks. Everything was going great until this week, when the app started adding duplicate pacts. Terrified of not being able to complete the activities it had assigned me and having to pay A LOT of money as a result, I filled out the form to report a problem for each duplicated pact. The automated customer service response email said that the team was working on my problem and i would have a response shortly. No response. The pacts continued to duplicate every day. There are currently 46 pacts for this week, whereas there should be 3. No response from a human, no number to call to speak to someone in case of a problem. I will not continue using this app.
