Pact: Earn Cash for Exercise and Healthy Living App Reviews

EVERY time this app updates it has major issues. Previously it would crash on opening, and now each time I open the app, it duplicates my pacts. Its exhausting. I shouldnt have to delete and reinstall every time I want to open the app. Seems they need better coders.

Love the app and highly recommend it! Keeps me on track and motivated!

App is a great idea, but the execution is awful. Freezes a lot, but the biggest problem is syncing with partner apps to track exercise. Supposed to automatically sync with partner apps, but it works sporadically. Result is, if it doesnt auto-sync near the end of the week (happens about 50% of time) you get charged for missing workouts. App team is also not responsive- they have a portal for essentially disputing charges where the app screwed up, but no one responds. App deleted.

There will be a day you will need to contact their customer service because of the quality of the app. Be prepared to experience one of the worst in the business.

it is so unclear how to quit pact.. it keeps taking money out of you. please help.

Ive been using this app for a few years now. It motivates me. But lately it wont let me withdraw my rewards and the pact is all messed up this week and no one answers my support tickets. Very frustrated.

The app has been working pretty well for me so far. My only complaints are 1. that MapMyRun should be added as a partner app, and 2. that we should be informed ahead of time how much our pact is worth and how much $ we will receive for completing it.

This revolutionized my working out. Cannot say enough good things about it. Amazing customer service, great app integration with other fitness trackers. I have lost a ton of weight and kept it off for over 2 years, and I have never paid the 5$ for missing a workout. And I have earned almost 120$!! I will use this for the rest of my life. Love it!!!

I wish I was an organized enough person to use this app successfully, but I couldnt remember to actually log my progress and ended up being charged a fair amount of cash, all of which was refunded when I reached out to the customer service team and asked that my account be deleted. This wasnt the app for me, but if you think it might be the right fit for you, I say give it a try.
