Although this app has motivated me back into working out, it would be beneficial to have an apple watch app. That way we dont have to lug our phones wherever we go. Regardless, the customer service is great and the app does what it says.

Helping me make real lifestyle changes. Some bugs but overall great app
DO NOT TRUST THEM! The app will tell you that all your activities are counted, but then proceed to charge you the next week for not completing them. And forget about making a report for being falsely charged; most likely they wont even bother replying...
I really like the app but since the update its become unresponsive lately Ive had to reboot it to get it to be able for me to use it?? I think its needs more work its running rough
This is the first review I have ever given an app. The concept of pact is really good. It keeps you accountable for working out and eating healthy; however, I wish it wasnt so buggy. I find myself having to contact the pact support team (which is never an issue because they ALWAYS resolve anything that comes about. Its just annoying to have to do so) at least once a week because either my Fitbit activity wont sync no matter if I turn my phone off or reset the app, or the picture of my veggie didnt get uploaded. Once all the bugs are fixed and the app runs flawlessly I will 100% give it a 5 star rating. Excellent concept, but its just lacking in the tech department.
This app actually pays out if you stick to your pacts! Yes like other reviews say, there are some glitches now and again but customer support is very fast and pleasant to deal with so its easier to forgive. Really great app.
No indefinite breaks? Only 1 week, 1 month, 3 months? Should I write in my calendar that after 3 months my pact resumes? Always something a little ridiculous with this app
Keeps me accountable. Great customer service. Easy to use and fun
Dont ever get sick. An app demanded a $10 dr note. Its always something. A workout doesnt count because u used a partner app get charged. Worst experience ever
So, first of all the work you put in is sometimes difficult to complete every single day. But you have to commit or else you have to pay. Anyways, the reason Im writing this review is because the company owes me my rewards… But when I try to withdraw it, it keeps saying error. I have contacted customer support for the past month, and my support tickets go ignored. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstall it, and now it wont let me sign back in, so in other words, all the rewards Ive accumulated over the past months have been lost and I no longer have the ability to even sign in. I think if they can get out of paying someone, they will. This app has too many technical issues. I wouldnt trust it.
The apps concept is good but its a waste of time. They pay you like 10 or 15 cents a workout so at most its like 85 cents or a dollar each week. Im been using it since the first week of October and Im at like $8...
The login/registration doesnt even work. Doesnt like anything I give it to sign up. Saw it in an article on daily burn and sounded like a good idea.
So I downloaded this app after reading a story online to try out as a trial. First of all the app is buggy and does not work well with iPhone 6. But earlier this month, this app decided without notifying me though email or app took out $192 from my Bank Account. Now I had to file a claim with the bank because they took the money without my permission. Plus I had little money to cover the charge the unexpected charge as It was a couple of day before payday at work, so I was charged a NSF Fee by my bank in which the reversed. The also claim that you can delete your account from the app, in which you cant. Dont download the app unless you want to have issues or unauthorized withdrawal without alerts.
So readily able and willing to take your money, but so unable to give it back or look into mistakes being made. After discussing my claim with customer service, they basically copied and pasted a completely unrelated FAQ answer into the email. As soon as my cashout is completed, I wont be using this app. Its not worth the storage space.
I hate this app, wanted to try it out and they were so pushy on connecting your paypal, gave up after a day and removed all billing info and even my preauthorized payment on paypal. Now theyre stealing money from my bank account and paypal. Avoid this app at ALL COSTS. Its a big scheme for them to make money off you.
When signing up, the app indicated a payout of approximately 50 cents a day of successful completion. However, once the payout was received despite having completed my pact, I only received $1.30 for the week. I messaged support but they just avoided the question and was largely unhelpful.
Helps keep me motivated to track my workouts and my meals which is important for getting good results. Plus the added incentive of getting paid to be healthy doesnt hurt either.
Im loving the app so far. I havent had any glitches or issues. Using a partnered app to track your workouts is the best way to go. I have Fitbit and so far no issues. Heads up, if you dont workout at the gym and dont use an armband to work with the motion detector, you might run into complications. My opinion on a huge chunk of the negative reviews is they are coming from people who arent putting in the work and are grumbling that now they have to pay up. If you stay on track no problems.
Sometimes they charge you even though you have met the Pact. They showed my 4 walks but charged me anyway.
Amazing app, I love it and Ive been paid. Recommend it 100% Im very critic when I give reviews, so Im going to say that even though its a great (cause it is) I believe that for starters/beginners is a bit difficult to understand. Ive been recommending it to many close friends of mine, but Ive found myself constantly making tutorials as the ones provided are a bit confusing. Also, when it comes to support or trying to contact people from the app I believe its not as easy as it seems. It is probably because I dont know how to properly do it, but just because I have the doubt of how to do it I believe it should be fixed to ensure no one else has the same issues I do.
