Very very poor customer service. There are so many uncounted work out even though I had reached 10,000 steps. The app is so glitchy as well.

Just 30 min / committed day on run keeper. Or 10,000 steps on Apple Watch. Simple and easy. Move your legs, feel great!! Its not really about the payout for me but the motivation to get up and complete my goal

AWESOME app, concept, and execution!

This app is kinda garbage and has a long way to go to be useful. Half the time the Motion sensor doesnt work when you exercise. Like cycling, or working out at home or a condo gym. To get it to work you literally have to jump up and down for 30 mins. Weight lifting doesnt count unless you constantly shake your phone. Plus the cancelation policy is horrible and even when you cancel. It takes a week to process and you are "obligated" to finish that weeks workouts. Dont tell me what I am or am not obligated to! You dont own me Pact. BYE FELICIA.

I used to get help when something didnt work this time not only did I not get a response I got charged. Ive been trying to get a response from the company for 5 days and nothing

App crashes all the time, have to spend about 10 minutes so I can log in my food or check-in my gym, which is a perfect waste of time, cant check my card info because the app keeps freezing... And I cant just remove the app because theyll take my money if I dont check in!

Have to take the photo twice or 3 times. Otherwise a fine app but only 1 star until fixed.

This app always asks for permission to post your fruit intake on your Facebook page, despite your prior specified preference of "no". When you exercise with motion tracker, you must load the Pact app onto your screen (as opposed to some other music app). Else the motion tracker will time out and the exercise will not count. I am experiencing issue with payment withdrawal, too. Despite having $10+ in my GymPact account, and having both the GymPact app and PayPal app installed on the same iPhone, with the same e-mail account name, GymPact will still fail to connect to Paypal. I have report the issue on August 31, 2016 to GymPacts support site. The agent (Garin) only replied one week later, and ignored the issue completely. Did I mention that the veggie pact portion of the app is still buggy? (E.g. Will not accept a photo with built-in time stamp. Requires you to re-upload the pictures after forced shut down of the app).

App is difficult to navigate, add veggies & view progress. Lots of bugs Swipe arrows point left; but you must swipe right?

Bugs aside (4 rating), this actually impacts my behaviour! Great idea!

I have submitted dozens of vegetable pics. I have only been credited for four. Very expensive and frustrating. Could be considered theft. Absolutely DO NOT TRUST this app.

Ive made around $100 so far using this app over several months, so thats cool... BUT its very buggy and some features are unreliable, you have to learn how to use it despite the bugs, (i.e. check on the motion tracker to make sure its still recording after a few minutes, double check that your food photos have uploaded, make sure partner apps sync). Its a headache to use, but overall worth it for the cash if youre committed.

This app used to be awesome. Most recently it has gone down hill big time. Veggie pictures dont upload on WiFi, workout dont sync from FitBit or anything else, motion tracker within the app doesnt work. Ill be partinf ways with Pact after this cycle. Thanks while it lasted!

If possible financial loss is a good motivator for you, this app is great because apparently it has a 100% success rate... judging by the fact I was never credited with any money from people who didnt meet their pact. Also not laid out very well or interesting.

Crashes everytime I try to look upload a photo. The UI looks like a Wireframe that hasnt been polished. User experience is lack luster. Really interesting concept and want to keep trying it, but let me know if you want an experienced UX/UI Designer to help you out

I have used this app for more than a year, a lots of bugs. App freezes and motions dont work sometimes. Since mid September all my completed pacts didnt get money. I reported the issue 5 days ago, follow up yesterday and today no one reply. It used to reply with 48 hours.

The only conceivable explanation for this app being so horribly buggy after so long, is that the developer isnt making money and so are purposely sabotaging their customers in hopes theyll give up in frustration and abandon it before either party looses too much money. Id like to be proved wrong but with every subsequent update to this app Im only proven more correct.
