It doesnt work

Im using MyFitnessPal and Im very happy with it, so when they recommended Pact I tried it out. Well, dont do it. My app is unable to track my food intake from MFP, so obviously theyll charge you because you didnt keep your promise. I tried to delete my account but guess what? You cant! Not until the end of the Pact you enrolled into. Testing this app will cost me something between 5 and 20 dollars tomorrow morning, just because it doesnt sync with its partner. I contacted the help desk, no answers.
