Not Worth the Effort

I used pact for a month before placing my account on hold. I started with gym pact and veggie pact. Veggie pact did not work as photos that I uploaded were not seen by the community. Apparently is was a known bug with my phone OS and support put my veggie pact on permanent hold. I never received a notification if the issue was resolved.

Recently I attempted to delete my account immediately after receiving a notification that my break was about to end. I was thankful for the notification but something has gone amuck and Ive been charged for my last week of break or the week that started right after my account deletion. Support, while responsive, is saying that I did not cancel I time and will not refund my money.

This app requires too much hands on management to be worth the returns. I do not recommend it.
