Confusing

I think first week shouldnt count to get payed just kinda learn but shouldnt charge u eithier . I was nearly learning and boom got charged 15 when I didnt know how it really worked. Now I keep pausing worried I wont make cut of 10000 steps why isnt it like 5000 for less money and 10000 five that would help .
