Poor customer service and too many errors

Havent been compensated in 4 months. Reached out to customer service 3x and only received one reply a week later asking if my issue had been resolved and then closed my ticket. When I did cash out one time, the funds took months to arrive. Trivial factor, but a nuisance nonetheless. Will probably cancel soon. I was a big fan of the app when I started, but have been sorely disappointed recently.
